Those who waited eagerly for their sleek black Elites were surprised to find that a transfer cable was not included in the purchase of their new machine. As many scratched their heads and howled in anger, Microsoft’s solution, although late, was to provide the migration cables by either contacting customer support or filling out the applicable form.
