If the lack of Xbox Live updates last month caused some mass confusion, then we got some more problems coming.
Over on Engadget, they’re reporting that Microsoft won’t be able to update fans about the status of Xbox Live till an ongoing lawsuit is settled.
This is a huge pain, but hey, it’s the legal system! So what does this mean about our "promised" XBLA game? I guess you can pencil that in as a delay too.
According to the suit, Microsoft was in breach of contract and "failed to exercise reasonable care or competence in communicating information regarding the nature of services offered through Xbox Live."
