With Electronic Arts buying up everyone, there have been murmurs of Take-Two, publishers of the Grand Theft Auto series, selling out to The Man. Take-Two Chairman Strauss Zelnick made his intentions clear during the Reuters Media Summit recently: No deal.
"I’m much more interested in growing the business than selling it, to be clear… [Take-Two is] a very efficient enterprise now." stated Zelnick.
Good to hear, as they and Rockstar have very clearly stated their motives to produce the best games possible instead of simply releasing titles for the bucks.
It’s good to see some (cough) integrity around here.
