For all of you rockers out there (and I know there are many of you) it’s time to get some more content to rock out to! Right now in the Xbox Live Marketplace is Rock Band’s second pack of downloadable content called the "Punk Pack".
If you’re a fan of good old punk rock, then expand your library with the songs that are inluded in this pack:
"I Fought the Law" by The Clash, "Rockaway Beach" by The Ramones and "Ever Fallen in Love," which is a cover of a song made famous by Buzzcocks. The whole package can be purchased for the price of 440 MS points.
But Microsoft likes to give you options, so if you rather prefer downloading just one or two songs out of the pack, you can. Each song can also be sold seperately for the price of 160 MS points. Oh, I see what they did there. You save money by buying the whole package than each one seperately. Microsoft you sly devil.
Many gamers think that Rock Band has become more popular than Guitar Hero III because it has been providing gamers the chance to expand their music library more frequently than GH3. Do you believe this is the case?
In both cases, releasing consistent streams of content is a wise decision, extending the life of both of these products us gamers spent a good amount of money on.
