There has been a lot of talk about Red Dead Redemption‘s newest DLC but absent was an official release date – until now. The Undead Nightmare DLC pack will be released on both the Playstation Network and Xbox Live on October 26th.
Single player content includes a new campaign where it’s your job to keep the Old West zombie free. With it will come new weapons, characters, and locations. On top of that Rockstar is also promising new multiplayer modes. The DLC will run you $10 or 800 MS points with Rockstar estimating 12+ hours of gameplay. If that’s the case then Red Dead Redemption fans will be in for a pretty great deal.

My first experience playing a video game blew me away. The fact that Super Metroid was that game certainly helped. So I like to think Samus put me on the path to video games. Well, I guess my parents buying the SNES had a little something to do with it. Ever since then my passion for video games has grown. When I found that I could put words together into a coherent sentence, videogame journalism was a natural interest. Now I spend a large majority of my time either playing video games or writing about them, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
