An impressive animated trailer for the upcoming Pokémon Black 2 and Pokémon White 2 has hit the internet, using an animation style quite different to that of the long running Pokémon anime.
Two months ago this trailer hit the web in Japanese, but only now has it resurfaced with an English dub. The trailer, showing off the new male and female protagonists, the mysterious N, and other characters from the game, serves to dramatize some of the events players can expect to battle through.
Pokémon Black 2 and Pokémon White 2 eschew the usual best-of third version that has always followed each new pairing of versions. The games take place two years after their predecessors and follow two new Unovan protagonists starting their own journeys and tangling with the menacing Team Plasma along the way.
The games are out in Japan already, with releases following in North America on October 7, and Europe on October 12.
