A few more details on NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams for the Wii have surfaced today via Sega of Europe’s website. WiiConnect24, Wii’s version of Xbox Live, allows players to trade items and also connect to Wii’s "Forecast Channel." The Forecast Channel will be incorporated into the game in order to simulate real weather conditions. For example, if it is raining outside in real life, the weather conditions should look the same in the game. Pretty cool, right?
NiGHTS will also be able to wear three different types of masks. The first mask, the Dragon mask, will allow your character to turn into a huge dragon and become resistant to wind. The second mask, the Dolphin mask, will allow NiGHTS to swim underwater. The third mask, the Rocket mask, allows NiGHTS to travel at lightning quick speeds.
