LucasArts' Monkey Island returns

For all those missing the adventures of Guybrush Threepwood and friends, the Monkey Island franchise is being revived. LucasArts have just announced plans to not only graphically revamp the original title, complete with new voiceovers and new musical compositions, but an all new five-part Monkey Island title has also been announced, continuing on the latest trend of episodic gameplay.

No release dates for either as yet, but you can bet we'll keep you updated as and when we get more information.
