If you haven’t played the Lego Star Wars series, then you probably look at the whole concept of Lego videogames as an instant bomb. Well get your butt out there and rent one. They have their own uniquely humorous and fun gameplay.
There’s nothing like seeing little Lego men shatter in a gibtastic death.
With that said, I’m excited to hear that TT games is trying hard to close a deal with a top publisher for their new project: Lego Batman. Tom Stone of TT Games told MCV that they’re "really looking for pen to be put to paper by November time – certainly before Christmas. That would give us the break we would need for a successful launch at the end of 2008."
Right now TT Games is fishing its license around between Warner Bro, LucasArts, and Eidos trying to get someone to bite.
Maybe they’ll play off the Batman Begins series? Either way they already racked up my sale.
