The third official trailer for L.A. Noire has hit the Web today courtesy of Rockstar Games and Team Bondi. The new video shows off in-game scenes of Cole Phelps dealing with cases while under the Vice desk.
After getting promoted to the more high-profile position of Vice, Phelps quickly discovers illegal gambling, corruption within the LAPD, and a shipment of government-issue morphine that is killing junkies during his investigations. While trying to clean up the town through these cases, he also draws the ire of the city’s most notable mobsters.
L.A. Noire is set to hit store shelves on May 17 for both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in the US and May 20 in Europe and Australia.
