The State of Illinois, as the result of a recent court ruling which declared the Safe Games Illinois Act unconstitutional, has been ordered to pay the Entertainment Software Association (ESA) a grand total of $510,528.64 in attorney fees. Though gamers everywhere can rejoice in the fact that another one of these bills has been struck down by the judicial system, politicians, like Gov.
