Could Halo 3 be finished? That’s what Gamer’s-Creed is reporting. Earlier this week several dedicated Halo fans managed to stumble across the gamertag of Bungie’s very own Frankie.
He was online playing Halo 3, but without the Epsilon tag attached to it. For those who don’t know, Halo 3 Epsilon is the name of the second Beta test Bungie has been implementing, which not only included a plethora of new multiplayer maps but certain parts of the campaign as well.
This could mean that Frankie was playing the finished product, and that Halo 3 is now officially done.
This is still a rumor though. Neither Bungie or Microsoft has officially stated Halo 3 is done, and we all know how much Microsoft will play up the fact that Halo 3 is complete. Whether this rumor is true or not, it does not change Halo 3’s release date: September 25th, 2007.
