If you’re one of the hardcore Halo fans that has the sporty Halo 3-themed Xbox 360, then you might be in for a surprise. According to Kotaku Australia, these spanking-new Halo 3 Xbox 360s may sport the new 65nm CPU and GPU.
While Microsoft has certainly been planning to bring the new CPUs to an Xbox 360 near you sometime in the future, it’s a bit of a surprise to see Microsoft sneak them into the Halo 3 Xbox 360s.
Among other things, the new CPUs/GPUs will run a lot quieter than its 90nm counterpart; it will also run a lot cooler and consume less power.
