I guess there’s a couple people out there who really can’t wait until Guitar Hero 3 and Rock Band come out and really need a new fix of new songs to thrash on.
So just for you, Red Octane allowed third party websites, ScoreHero and CustomHero, announce the new downloadable content song pack for Guitar Hero II last night.
The pack was released at 2am PST in the usual three song bundle… costing the usual 500 Microsoft Points. The track list consists of:
Trivium – Detonation
Atreyu – Right Side of the Bed
Protest the Hero – Bury the Hatchet
While the ScoreHero forums seem to receive this list well, I’m left saying, who? I feel like they’re trying to sell me more "bonus tracks". No knock on those tracks, but seriously? If I’m going to drop 500 points, give me some classics.
