One thing about Mark Rein, Vice President of Epic Games – he doesn’t fool around when it comes to letting people know what he is thinking.
Rein’s latest outburst is about a rumor that was started by The Sony Protection Group. It claims that the 360 mega hit, Gears of War, was going to the PS3. What did good old Mark have to say about this? He fired off an email to the website and said:
"Please remove that complete bulls**t story about Gears going to PS3. Cliff Bleszinski has NEVER been quoted as ‘threatening Microsoft to port over Gears to the PS3’…there is no chance Gears is coming to PS3."
Who knows, with all these unsubstantiated stories floating around, maybe the next rumor we’ll be hearing is that Resistance: Fall of Man will be going to the Xbox 360.
