February’s NPD numbers were released this past week, much to the delight of GN Editorial Director Chris Pereira. Somehow, people have managed to find Wiis in stores (we sure can’t) and snatched them right up, making it the second most bought system in the month. The DS blew everything away, while the PSP outsold the PS3 by a margin of almost 50,000 units.
Devil May Cry 4, a series long associated with the PlayStation brand, will be making a move to both the Xbox 360 and PC, in addition to its release on PS3. We also found out that Ace Combat 6 would be released on the Xbox 360 — and that it might be exclusive. Final Fantasy XIII was also mentioned in passing as a title that might not remain a PS3 exclusive title.
