Leading off Microsoft’s pre-E3 media event in Los Angeles on Monday morning, Konami’s Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain impressed with an intense, cinematic trailer that revealed a number of gameplay elements to be included in Kojima Productions’ next big release.

Building off of the excitement of the recent announcement that Kiefer Sutherland will voice Snake in the new game, multiple forms of transport, real-time weather, a working in-game clock, and enhanced stealth mechanics make the game look all the more promising. Following the conference, Konami went one step further with an extended cut of the trailer – over nine minutes of footage from the game. You can watch the full video below.
