At approximately 12:19PM EDT today, Reggie Fils-Amie revealed Nintendo’s Wii Zapper. It will house both the Wii-mote and the nunchuck in a tommy gun sort of orientation.
The B button on this peripheral is made more accessible by an extended trigger on the front handle of the device, and the whole thing looks like a more robust design than the already-released Wii Blaster by Core Gamer., which has been available since June 26th.
A handful of games in development, including Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles, Medal of Honor, and something else from Nintendo, are being designed with the zapper in mind. The peripheral will be playable on the E3 floor, and will retail for $19.99 on November 19th.
