Even though Square Enix went all out for their Square Enix Party back in May, they aren’t skimping on their presence at E3.
Square Enix is definitely focusing on the handheld crowd this year since many of their E3 profiled games are coming for either the Nintendo DS or Sony PSP. So expect plenty of Final Fantasy games this year along with a few older classics updated for the handheld gamers.
- Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings (Nintendo DS) — sequel to Final Fantasy XII
- Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions (PSP) – updated remake of 1997’s Final Fantasy Tactics
- Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates (DS) – second installment in the Crystal Chronicles series
- Final Fantasy II Anniversary Edition (PSP) — revamped graphics and all-new dungeons
- Final Fantasy XI: Wings of the Goddess (Xbox 360, PC, PS2)
- Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker (DS) — capture, train and breed over 200 monsters
- Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and the Tower of Mirrors (Wii)
- Front Mission (DS) — the original strategy mech game will be brought to the DS and will utilize dual-screens and multiplayer modes
- Heroes of Mana (DS)
