Following the trend already set by World of Warcraft and Second Life, conscience credit folks can pick up snazzy Resident Evil credit cards and let its zombie-like intentions take hold during the next time you’re shopping.
Fly in style with these credit cards, which adorn various S.T.A.R.S. logos, but make sure you don’t leave Raccoon City without them.
Unfortunately, the cards will only be available in Japan, so unless you plan to do some country-hopping, the cards won’t be that much use here in the U.S. While that may be a bummer to the hardcore Resident Evil fans, some of us can breathe a sigh of relief.
Also, unlike the World of Warcraft and Second Life credit cards, the Resident Evil credit cards don’t seem to have any incentives. For example, if you use the World of Warcraft credit card, you’ll be rewarded 1% earned to your subscription for every dollar you charge to the card.
That’s a nice incentive, but for the Resident Evil cards, you just get a spiffy piece of colorful plastic. But, hey, it’s one heck of a spiffy piece of colorful plastic!
