The ESRB has refused approval of the following "Lullaby" trailer for EA’s upcoming survival horror game, Dead Space. It is apparently just a tad too gory to come stateside, although Europeans can watch as much of it as their little hearts desire. So, here is the trailer for all of our European readers. ;-)
