I'm Kyle, aka Coyotegrey. Yep, I know. It's a goofy name but it's all deep and stuff so how about you not laugh and let me be happy mmmmmmmk? I'm a dreamer. Like many of you, I've always wanted to work in the videogame industry and have been willing to do just about whatever it takes to make it happen. I believe in this industry.

Welcome to The GN Q. This is where we ask you, the readers, what you think about games, characters, genres, peripherals, consoles, achievements, colors, shapes, and all sorts of things, because honestly, you guys are more important than we are.

Shhh...listen...do you hear that? It's the sound of a sweet melody when you first turn on Final Fantasy, or a heart-pounding drum beat while you're fleeing from zombies in Resident Evil. It's the grunts, groans, screams, and speeches that make a game go from moving pictures to an immersive, living world. Legend has it that long ago, a boy was born with an insatiable hunger - an unrelenting desire to explore every expanse and to play a part in every story. Conquering evil, forging friendships, and discovering the secrets of realm after realm, his eternal odyssey has taught him many lessons and has shaped his very thoughts. Only now has he finally found his sanctuary - a place to seek refuge and to reflect upon his adventures. It is from here that he tells his tales.

Brendon has always had a love for movies, so he thought it was time he made his own movie blog. Don't expect a ton of groundbreaking intellectual discourses here -- just some reviews and commentary from an often sarcastic film fanatic. While some people take this stuff way too seriously, Brendon doesn't even know the meaning of that word. Or lots of words, for that matter.

So what can you find in here? Maybe a fun tale of something that happened in my day. Maybe something I found interesting or felt like rambling about, but not on the actual news page. Whatever you find, remember that everything in here is my opinion and my opinion alone, and I hate a lot of stuff. Even babies.

You may not always find our words in your standard dictionary, but we have faith that you will catch our meaning, nonetheless. Videogames are so often rated, reviewed, and discussed to exhaustion, so while some may call OWR a creative way to be lazy, we call it succinct, sincere... and fun. We love reader input at GN, so be sure to throw your own OWRs in the comments section, too.

Welcome to You Win! This GN column has been put together to honor not only the best and the brightest in the videogame industry, but also the most useless, incompetent, and just plain foolish. GN will be looking at industry news, announcements, game releases, retail, politics, marketing, corporate shake-ups, critics, and anything else that could possibly inspire us to create and bestow a brand new (and extra shiny) custom award as often as possible. The frequency of new "winners" is entirely up to how consistently awesome or despicable everyone chooses to be.

Two combatants enter; only one leaves: this is the credo of Head 2 Head. GamerNode aims to bring the best match-ups and bitter rivalries in the videogame industry to our readers, who will be tasked with crowning a definitive champion of each contest. We may ask which of two games or companies is superior, or we may ask which of two industry figures would win in a knock-down, drag-out rumble, but whatever the stipulations, the winner is up to you. Comments will be tallied and listed in the next edition of Head 2 Head. Round 1: Fight!

Come in, my friend! Let me regale you with tales of my travels. I've seen many places, from an underwater dystopia, to the post-apocalyptic ruins of Washington D.C., to a fantasy land filled with mushrooms, plumbers, and dragons. Call me a jack-of-all-trades. Want some news? You got it. Short reviews? Coming right up. Rambling nonsense? You bet. I can't promise you'll always agree with me, but I can promise you'll always be entertained.

I've been in a bit of a tight spot as of late. I'm a huge gamer, but some of the people around me aren't as interested as I am.
