This week’s Cheapskating contains some great deals on PC Game releases. Tuesday’s popular Dishonored has a hot coupon code at Green Man Gaming and XCOM Enemy Unknown a $10 discount at Gamefly. Borderlands 2 fans who didn’t pre-order the game have to pay $10 for the Mechromancer DLC, but we’ve found it 25% off. Not much of a discount on Fable: The Journey but at least it’s $2 off at Buy.com for anyone addicted to the Kinect.
As for hardware, there are a few video card drops and a good price on the Envy 17 laptop, along with some console accessory deals. The PS3 Pulse Wireless gaming headset released on October 1st is already $25 off the $150 list price on eBay. A big discount at HP on the Envy 17 3D laptop now makes it the cheapest it’s ever been. And the hottest GPU deal of the week is the relatively high-end Radeon HD 7850 for $142 (which makes it practical to Crossfire in terms of cost).
