With the announcement of the Halo 3 beta release date out of the way, more details have been released as to what we can expect. Frank O’Connor, the content producer at Bungie, said that while expectations are high for the H3 beta, those who participate in the public testing event should realize that it is still a work in progress and isn’t perfect just yet.
O’Connor said, "Now, I will say this again and again – the game you’re going to play one month from now, is Beta software – and while it will look somewhat close to the final game, it IS Beta – and will contain quirks, a couple of rough edges and all that jazz. But we’re pretty confident you’ll find it a dynamic and exciting taste of what’s to come in Fall."
