Don’t mess with Bungie employee, Jeff Fletcher. He’s armed.
Last week, as Fletcher pulled into the parking lot of a US Bank branch in Skyway, Seattle, he noticed an altercation between two men escalate into a shootout. One of the men lay wounded while the other attempted to flee and Mr. Fletcher, a former security guard and son of a Seattle police officer, sprung into action.
Cutting off the suspect’s escape, Jeff pulled his own gun and ordered the man to the ground. As it happened, Jeff also had his father’s old handcuffs handy and was able to safely detain the shooter until police could come to turn his citizen’s arrest into a more official one. When police arrived, they found the suspect sitting on a curb, searched and ready to be questioned.
