Ubisoft unveiled today a teaser site for their mysterious next installment in the Assassin’s Creed series, Brotherhood. After a brief introduction showing a warehouse full of Animus machines and some foreboding speech centering on the Templars, a weapon wheel opens up showing off some interesting new additions.
Among the weapons are an axe, a fan, a syringe, a dagger, a claw, and then if you complete a short symbol puzzle, a switchblade. Though this collection of weapons seems bizarre before the end, the addition of the switchblade is cause for some speculation. Is this title to showcase some interaction between different eras in history? Are we just to believe that all of these things exist in Ezio’s Italy, as is reportedly the setting for the game? And probably most importantly, how will this all work in to the multiplayer element that Brotherhood is to feature?
Like most things with Assassin’s Creed, more questions are asked than answered, so be sure to stay tuned for info as it trickles in.
