One thing you can say about Microsoft; those guys never seem to give up. More specifically, Microsoft won’t give up on trying to crack open the Japanese gaming market, which has traditionally been opposed to the Xbox.
Microsoft announced today that it will release an Xbox 360 bundle in Japan that will include the core system and the game Trusty Bell, a fantasy game revolving around the dreams of music composer, Frederic Chopin. This is the second bundle that Microsoft has released in Japan. The first one included the RPG Blue Dragon with the purchase of the game machine and proved to be a relatively successful campaign — 133,000 machines were sold in just the first month of the promotion.
The Trusty Bell bundle will be released on June 14th in Japan and will also include a special soundtrack DVD for those who preorder.
