Crysis demo coming September 25, to include "huge surprise"

If you're a PC gamer, chances are September 25, 2007 is meaningless to you. What many are marking down as the day Halo 3 comes out is just another Tuesday. EA, however, decided to change that.

They have just announced that the first Crysis demo will be available on September 25, 2007, giving PC gamers a reason to circle the date. The demo will feature the entire first level "Contact," as well as a "huge surprise from Crytek."

Crysis is easily one of the most anticipated PC games of the year, coming off great showings at both E3 and the German Games Convention, where it won Best PC Game according to the panel of experts.

Yay! The word is that Crysis will run well on 3-year old PCs, which sounds fine by me. So if your PC can run Doom 3 on high/ultra, then Crysis will look decent I reckon.

Woot! So much awesomeness is happening within a week of my birthday! Halo 3, Halo Edition XBox 360, Crysis Demo, Metalocalypse CD... The list goes on!!!

Woot woot! awesome just beet BioShock Sat, been waiting for the crysis demo now not far away... Now for Half-life 2 Episode Two to come out and all is complete

if it has "Contact" then it will be a single player demo : (i'm only interested in MP games, so i guess i will have to wait till release of the full game to have real fun with crysis
