This time next week, Xbox 360 owners will be able to tear through Sentinels with Adamantium claws. Why? Because Konami announced that X-Men Arcade will be releasing on the Xbox Live Arcade December 15, a full two months before the game is scheduled to be released for the PlayStation 3.
The download is a re-release of the 1992 classic arcade game and features a character roster including Wolverine, Storm, Cyclops, Nightcrawler, Colossus and the always-popular Dazzler. It also allows up to four players locally with two more able to drop in via online play.
As of now, PlayStation 3 owners will have to wait until February to get a piece of the action. No pricing details have been released yet.
