In a recent press release Square Enix has confirmed that Dungeon Siege III will be hitting UK stores on May 27, 2011.
The latest installment of the fondly remembered RPG series will be released as a multiplatform title available on the Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC.
Once again set in the world Ehb, the game has garnered attention for its promised multiplayer features and expanded story.
Square Enix Brand Manager Ned Brown commented on the game saying, "The depth of story and wealth of characters and classes will take players on an incredible journey whether in singleplayer or with up to three friends online".
In an attempt to bolster European pre-order figures the game’s developer Obsidian Entertainment has promised that the limited edition launch copy will contain four unique items that will enhance the player-character’s abilities.
