Gamers, I’ve got good news, and bad news. The bad news is, Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter for the PC, PS2, Xbox, and Xbox360 has been delayed until February 2006. The good news is, I just saved a bunch of money on my car… … well, maybe not. Ghost Recon – Advanced Warfighter was hyped up at E3 as one of the better Xbox360 games we were going to see. In fact, many people within the industry thought that it was going to be one of the console’s key release titles. Now we know that the game won’t even be ready in time for Christmas. According to Ubisoft, "…the additional time devoted to the development of this title will enable the game’s development teams to optimize the application of Xbox 360 technology." This may come as some good news to Xbox360 owners, who have yet to see a non-sports multiplatform game that isn’t just a direct port of the PC version. Unfortunately, the rest of us are left in the dark as to why we can’t get the game by Christmas. Ghost Recon ” Advanced Warfighter, like the previous two iterations of the game, will be rated M for Mature.
