Rocksteady Studios and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment have confirmed that both The Penguin and Talia al Ghul will be joining the cast of villains for Batman: Arkham City that already includes The Joker, Two-Face, Harley Quinn, Hugo Strange, and Mr. Freeze.
Talia al Ghul will be voiced by Stana Katic, who stars as Kate Beckett on ABC’s "Castle" alongside Nathan Fillion. Talia is the daughter of Batman nemesis Ra’s al Ghul and has acted as both adversary and love interest to Bruce Wayne, even to the extent of mothering his child and current Robin, Damian, in the comics. What role she will play in the game is not yet known.
Regarding Penguin, he has taken several Gotham City cops hostage and is subjecting them to torture and murder. Batman travels to the Iceberg Lounge to set them free, but finds himself walking into a trap set by the short, rotund villain.
After surviving the first trap, Penguin reveals a backup plan that involves a very special guest appearance by a certain superpowered zombie.
Batman: Arkham City is set to release on October 18 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
