PC gamers will have to wait a few more days before they can get their hands on Halo 2 for Windows Vista due to "technical difficulties." The good news is that the delay is only till May 22.
Microsoft said the push-back date was in order to "make some improvements to the install experience and address other technical issues." In common everyday terms, this probably means the game crashes during some point during installation. This is a common occurrence during the testing phase of games, and Microsoft is trying to hammer out the bugs.
The new edition of Halo 2 Vista has several features not found in the Xbox version such as a map editor, achievement points and support for Games for Windows Live – the counterpart to Xbox Live for the 360. For more info about Halo 2 Vista, check out our GamerNode review here.
