Capcom announced today that the demo for the upcoming PC port of its action/sci-fi Xbox 360 game, Lost Planet, will be released this Tuesday, May 15th. There’s currently no word on what the demo will offer. Capcom seems to be ahead of schedule as the demo wasn’t expected until sometime in June.
The game will feature DirectX 10 support, support for higher resolutions (up to 2560×1600), advanced special effects, and improved lighting and shadows. For our impressions of the game, read the GamerNode review of the Xbox 360 version of Lost Planet here.
