Sony Computer Entertainment Europe and Sky (the UK’s leading entertainment company) are teaming up to offer film and television media to PSP owners throughout the UK and Ireland via an on demand service.
The service is estimated to reach over 2 million PSP users, and the companies are already working with other distributors to see about offering the same service throughout continental Europe.
Right now, there’s no word on what’s being offered, how much it will cost, or how exactly it will work. Supposedly they’ll unveil the whole shebang at the Games Convention in Leipzig on August 22.
