I’m going to say it right now — this is a pretty big rumor but hey, if it’s a rumor about one of the biggest online games of all time, it’s newsworthy.
Apparently word got out that Blizzard is planning the second expansion pack for their MMORPG World of Warcraft and that may be the big announcement that’s brewing for this year’s BlizzCon, which will take place on August 3rd.
Fansite MMO-Champion has unconfirmed news that the expansion pack will be called "Wrath of the Lich King". If you’re still doubtful, head to www.worldofwarcraft.com/wrath and you’ll find the handy 403 forbidden page message, instead of the usual 404 not found page message. So in the end, apparently this "wrath" page exists.
While that may be somewhat believable, other random rumors about the expansion says it’ll take place in Northrend, an increased level cap to 75 and a new class called the Deathknight. I would pen all of this as a complete rumor, so we all might as well wait 4 days till BlizzCon happens.
