AMD announced that it has developed "Open GL ES 2.0 mobile graphics technology compliance," according to Engadget. What this means to us common folks is that a graphics chip has the ability to produce images as good as the Xbox 360 on handhelds or mobile phones.

There is no answer to this question at the moment but the thoughts of an Xbox handheld sends chills through the spines of handheld enthusiasts. The technology seems to be in place–now all we have to do is wait.
